1998:
Origin

François Paul gets his third cycle PhD in Enzyme Engineering in Lyon in 1978, then worked in a large pharmaceutical company, and later in Toulouse biotechnology company BioEurope, which was founded by Professor Peter MONSAN of INSA Toulouse. With his help and that of Dr. Christian Leclerc, president of PILEJE, François Paul created GENIBIO in 1998 in Toulouse, as a R & D structure in biocatalysis and microbiology.

2016

In september, GENIBIO acquires a microbiological laboratory near Vichy in Allier, now named Genibio Contrôle et Analyses.

2015

GENIBIO has implemented a Food Safety Management System and is now certified according to ISO 22000 norms.

2013

GENIBIO gets the ISO 9001 V2008 certification as well as the one for Organic Farming Operator for its lyophilization activities.

2010

GENIBIO takes a step further by moving into new premises specially equipped to gather all our activities, becoming fully active throughout the value chain.

2002

GENIBIO now regroups all of its activities in the industrial area of ​​Couserans in Ariege.

1999

GENIBIO INDUSTRY is created in Lorp Sentaraille, in the Pyrenean foothills, to produce innovative ingedients from his research.

Our company produces high added value food ingredients, from our own R & D programs and / or in collaboration with public and private partners. Quality Policy

To meet its customers requirements, GENIBIO is committed to a quality approach involving the human, technical and financial resources to ensure our customers the highest quality of our products and services.

This approach, based on experimental rigor and a quality assurance system proven for many years, responds to the requirements of the Annex II of the Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP).

The HACCP methodology was meanwhile deployed on all our food supplements range according to the ISO 22000 V2005 referential.

All these efforts enable us to guarantee our customers our level of excellence in Quality and Safety of Food.

From Quality Assurance to Quality Management.

Since 2011, our quality assurance system has evolved into a Quality Management System, in compliance to the ISO 9001 v2008 standard. This now extends to all of our activities on our Lorp-Sentaraille site.

This approach originated from our desire to improve our performance, our organization and our effectiveness in services we deliver daily to our customers.

This company project is a real opportunity that allowed us to optimize our organization and its management while empowering and making more responsible our department heads .
